Haven't had in forever, pizza was cold ( quality was definitely better years ago ) workers were rude, borderline confrontational. Almost like they didn't wanna be there

Avoid this location β zero professionalism and no accountability. βI placed an online order that was marked "ready for pickup," but when I arrived, the employee on duty completely ignored me because he was on his phone. Despite the store being empty of other customers, he made me wait over 30 minutes for an order that should have been finished. When I finally went back up to the counter, he didnβt even remember who I was and asked me what I needed all over again. βI ended up leaving without my food because of the unacceptable wait and the fact that it clearly wasn't being handled properly. I have video footage of the employee sitting on his phone the entire time I was waiting. βI have already contacted corporate regarding this incident, yet I am still waiting for a refund for the food I never received. I expect this to be resolved immediately. Until then, save your money and go somewhere else where the staff actually cares about doing their job.

Keeping in mind this is for mall food location, and not a restaurant. Good pizza and stromboli. What earns a 5 star with me was the employee. He was energetic and friendly, made me comfortable to talk to him easily and definitely a deciding point in eating there for lunch when I was walking through the mall.

When I went to order. I first tried to order the bake white cheddar Mac and Cheese advertised on there sign. They donβt have it! I told them to take down the sign then. Next, I tried to order the baked ziti also advertised on one of there signs. Again they didnβt have it: I told the girl have them take down the sign then. Finally I settled on a pepperoni stomboli with a side of sauce. It tasted fine for a warmed up display. If you donβt have food items, I donβt care how permanent the sign seems to be take down your signs and stop advertising things you donβt have. Thank You!

I cannot even use creative writing to describe how awful this place is. The awfulness was reinforced by βkenzieβ. Youβre on your own, I did my part with this review
